Washington State
Housing Connector started in Seattle, Washington in 2019 and currently operates in multiple counties across Washington State. We’ve successfully grown our impact across King County thanks to strong local government investment, our community’s receptiveness to innovative approaches, and our focus on communities that face the highest barriers to housing access. We are always looking for additional partners; follow the link below if you are interested.
Denver, Colorado
Housing Connector launched its first major expansion to Denver, Colorado in 2022. We selected Denver for expansion after assessing the high prevalence of cost burden among renters in the area, as well as realizing the appetite for local investment in increasing affordable housing. We are always looking for additional partners; follow the link below if you are interested.
Dallas, Texas
Housing Connector completed our soft launch into Dallas, Texas in 2022, and we will continue to grow our impact in the area throughout 2023 and 2024. Dallas was chosen because of the city's overall high vacancy rates, substantial need for housing access by housing-choice-voucher holders, and interest from local partners in our model. We are always looking for additional partners; follow the link below if you are interested.
Portland, Oregon
Housing Connector launched operations in Portland in 2024, selecting the area for its strong support from local government, high vacancy rates in affordable properties, and its ties to the Pacific Northwest. We are always looking for additional partners; follow the link below if you are interested.
Our Markets
Housing Connector currently operates across three states and we are expanding to new markets this year
