Octavio has been working as a bilingual housing case manager for the last 5 years. He moved from El Salvador a few years ago where he worked at the DA office and advocated on behalf other folks ever since. His passion for immigration and constitutional law has given him a broader spectrum to help his clients in different ways.

At Housing Connector, Octavio has the opportunity to support his clients to navigate the system during their complex journey, but he also encourages them to become self-sufficient through progressive engagement.
