Nicholas is a seasoned social impact executive with global strategy and operating experience across the nonprofit, for-profit, and philanthropic sectors. Having spent more than a decade in social impact leadership, he has launched programs, grown organizations, and built market-based solutions to drive social outcomes. 

Nicholas leads national expansion and strategic initiatives at Housing Connector, creating housing opportunities for those most in need. Nicholas has a Bachelor of Social Work from Seattle University and an MBA from Pepperdine.

In his free time, Nicholas spends time outdoors with his wife and two young daughters skiing, hiking, camping, and gardening. Nicholas also enjoys vegan cooking and loves to travel internationally, sampling local food and appreciating culture everywhere he visits.
